About FitNest

FitNest is Nebraska's first and ONLY American Ninja Warrior style facility. It's geared towards kids 8 years old and up but we also offer open gym sessions for adults. We promote a positive environment that combines fun obstacles ranging from beginner to more experienced. 

Meet the Owner, Jeff Cauble

Owner, Jeff Cauble is an experienced Personal Trainer. For more than 20 years, Jeff has helped people of all ages achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle. 

Jeff is also the President of the West Omaha Track Club. As a USA Track & Field certified coach, personal trainer and father of two sons, Jeff understands how to encourage kids to be active, lead healthy lifestyles and achieve their goals while being kind and supportive of others.

Jeff and his boys would watch American Ninja Warrior and continuously get inspired to bring it to Omaha. His experience with working with children, his passion for fitness and love of American Ninja Warrior came together to create FitNest.

FitNest is more than just obstacles to try. It's about helping kids challenge themselves while having fun, setting goals and working to meet them. Strengthening not only your body's core but your mind and soul as well. 

At FitNest, kids support and respect each other, provide positive encouragement and get excited about healthy lifestyles all while having a great time.
